Royal Mail - Return to Sender

Delivery Information

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail using their 48-hour tracked delivery service. Once your parcel has been collected from our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email notification. This email will include tracking details, enabling you to manage your delivery preferences and monitor your delivery from dispatch through to arrival at your home.

Whilst the majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours, occasional delays may occur. If you have any concerns regarding your delivery, we recommend utilising Royal Mail’s Tracking Assistant, which is available on their tracking page.


Undelivered Parcels

If Royal Mail tracking indicates ‘Return to sender’, this means they were unable to deliver your parcel. In such cases, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund will be issued for the items purchased. Should you still wish to receive the products, you will need to place a new order, ensuring that the delivery address is complete and includes any relevant flat or apartment number.


Lost Parcel Enquiries

We kindly ask that you refrain from contacting us regarding a potentially lost parcel until at least 10 days have passed since you received your tracking email. This is in accordance with Royal Mail’s policy, as they require this time to elapse before initiating an investigation into any lost item claims.
