I think my order is lost. What should I do?

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail using a 48-hour tracked delivery service. You will automatically receive an email notification once your parcel has been collected from our warehouse. This email will include tracking information, allowing you to monitor your delivery from dispatch to arrival at your home.

While most orders are delivered within 48 hours, there may occasionally be slight delays. If you have any concerns about your delivery, we recommend using Royal Mail’s Tracking Assistant, available on their tracking page.


We kindly ask that you refrain from contacting us regarding a potentially lost parcel until at least 10 days have passed since you received your tracking email. This is because Royal Mail requires this time to elapse before they will initiate an investigation into any lost item claims.
