How do I return or exchange an item?

Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days following receipt of your parcel.

• Return postage is free of charge
• Exchange postage is £4.95

You can drop your return off at your local Post Office and there is no need to own a printer as you can use our QR code to display on your phone at the Post Office. Please keep your Royal Mail proof of posting as this will be required to track your return parcel. 

To action a return please: 

1. Visit our Returns and Exchanges Portal on this website at https://www.earthuniform.com/returns
2. Enter your email address and your order number 
3. Choose the item(s) you wish to return or exchange 
4. Complete the questions and upload images as necessary
   

and submit a returns request.

Whenever possible, please use the original bag your order came in. There is a 2nd adhesive strip on the bag especially for this purpose.

On receipt and acceptance of your return, we will refund you for the returned items via your original payment method and dispatch any necessary exchange items. 

Please note: Online returns and exchanges are not available to customers who hand collected their order from Earth Uniform offices in Thame. These customers need to visit and hand back their returns and exchanges.
