How do I return or exchange an item?

Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days following receipt. 

  • Return postage is free of charge
  • Exchange postage is £4.95


You can drop your return off at your local Post Office and there is no need to own a printer as you can use our QR code to display on your phone at the Post Office. Please keep your Royal Mail proof of posting as this will be required to track your return parcel.

  1. Visit our Returns and Exchanges Portal on this website at https://www.earthuniform.com/returns
  2. Enter your email address and your order number 
  3. Choose the item(s) you wish to return or exchange 
  4. Complete the questions and upload images as necessary


and submit a returns request.


'Faulty Item' and 'Incorrect Item' return requests are manually reviewed and approved by staff during office hours. We undertake this manual review as we can very often resolve issues and negate the need to return an item. We will automatically email you posting instructions when your return request is approved.


Whenever possible, please use the original bag your order came in. There is a 2nd adhesive strip on the bag especially for this purpose.


On receipt and acceptance of your return, we will refund you for the returned items via your original payment method.
