Can I amend or cancel my order?

You can amend your order and make adjustments up to 24 hours after placing it. After this period, further changes are not possible.

When you shop with us, we automatically create an account for you, and there's no need to enter a password. From your account, you can add, remove, or change items in your order, change your shipping address or cancel your order. To edit your order, please follow these steps:

• Log in to your account here: https://account.earthuniform.com
• Select the order you wish to edit
• You can then:
  • Change uniform sizes
  • Change ordered quantities
  • Remove items of school uniform
  • Add additional school uniform items
  • Change your delivery address
• Use the 'Pay Now' option to pay any balance due

If any modifications to your order result in an increased overall cost and you do not pay whilst editing your order, we will send you an invoice via email, which will include a convenient link for payment. 

If any modifications to your order reduce the overall cost, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method.
