What to do if an incorrect item has been delivered.

Mistakes such as dispatching an incorrect item are rare, but they can occasionally occur. Please accept our sincere apologies if this has happened in your case, and rest assured that we are committed to resolving the matter as swiftly as possible.


To exchange the incorrect item(s), kindly follow these steps:


  • Visit our Returns and Exchanges Portal.
  • Enter your email address and order number.
  • Select the item(s) that were sent in error.
  • Choose ‘Incorrect item delivered’ as the reason for your return.
  • Complete the required questions and upload any relevant images.


You may drop your return off at your local Post Office. Please ensure you retain your Royal Mail proof of posting, as this will be needed to track your return. If possible, use the original packaging your order arrived in, which includes a second adhesive strip for resealing.


‘Incorrect Item’ return requests are manually reviewed and approved by our team during office hours. We carry out this manual review as we are often able to resolve issues without the need for a return. Once your request is approved, we will automatically email you the posting instructions.


As soon as we receive your return, we will promptly dispatch the correct item(s).
