How long will my delivery take?

The vast majority of our items are in stock and typically dispatched within 48 hours. However, some items are 'made to order' and, as such, require a longer dispatch time. During peak times, we receive stock daily, and occasionally, some orders may experience a delay in dispatch, depending on their position in the replenishment cycle.


Summer 2024


Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours. However, during the busy summer period, there are significantly more items undergoing replenishment. The guide provided below offers an estimate of how long it may take for an order to arrive, enabling parents to prepare for the upcoming school year.


Orders placed after 17:30 on 3rd September will be delivered in 10 working days.

Orders placed after 07:30 on 21st August will be delivered in 5 working days.

Orders placed prior to 07:30 on 21st August will be delivered in 10 working days. 


Your order will be delivered by a tracked delivery service.


  • The cost of standard delivery is £4.95.
  • Delivery is free for orders exceeding £75.
  • A signature is not required.


You will receive an email confirmation of dispatch when your parcel departs from our warehouse. This email will contain tracking details, allowing you to track and manage your delivery via Royal Mail or Yodel. Please visit their websites to monitor and manage your delivery.

Please visit 'Out of Stock' page for information on how to prompt us to prioritise the replenishment of stock.
