Delivery Options and Delivery Times

Overview

We aim to keep a high percentage of stock available throughout the year, allowing us to dispatch most orders quickly and efficiently. This guide explains our Standard and Express Delivery options, delivery times, costs, tracking information, and what happens if an item is temporarily out of stock.


Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery is available on all orders and is sent using a Royal Mail or InPost 48-hour tracked service.


Delivery Times

  • Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
  • Most customers receive their order within 5 business days of placing it.
  • Delivery is made via a Royal Mail or InPost Tracked 48-hour service.

Cost

  • £4.95 per order.
  • Free delivery is available on orders over £80.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. You can use these details to monitor and manage your delivery directly with the carrier.


Please note that a signature is not required for delivery.


Express Delivery

When there is a high level of confidence that faster delivery can be achieved, an Express Delivery option will be displayed during checkout.


Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day.
  • Delivery is made using a Royal Mail or InPost Tracked 24-hour service.

Cost

  • £6.95 per order.


Availability

Express Delivery is only offered when we are confident we can meet the expedited dispatch and delivery times. If stock availability may affect delivery, only the Standard Delivery option will be displayed at checkout.


What Happens If an Item Is Out of Stock?

Although we hold a large amount of stock throughout the year, occasionally an item may temporarily sell out and need to be replenished.


If your order contains an out-of-stock item:

  • The entire order will be held until all items are available.
  • Express Delivery may not be available.
  • We ask customers to allow up to 10 business days from the date the order is placed for delivery.

This ensures that your complete order can be dispatched together.


Frequently Asked Questions


How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your parcel leaves our warehouse. This email will include your tracking information.


Can I upgrade an order to Express Delivery after placing it?

Express Delivery can only be selected during checkout when available. If the option is not shown, it means we cannot confidently guarantee an expedited service for that order.


Why is Express Delivery not available on my order?

Express Delivery may be unavailable if one or more items require replenishment or if we cannot confidently meet the faster dispatch and delivery timeline.


What should I do if an item is out of stock?

Please refer to our Out of Stock support article for information on how to help us prioritise replenishment of the item you require.


Do orders require a signature?

No, a signature is not usually required for delivery.
