Deliveries over the Christmas Period

Orders placed between17th December 2024 and 3rd January 2025 may take longer than usual to reach you, due to warehouse closure and delayed postal services.

Our Offices and phone lines are closed between 19th December 2024 and 6th January 2025.

 


Most of the School Uniform items we offer are in stock and typically dispatched within 48 hours. However, if an item has just gone out of stock, it will need to be replenished. If an order contains one of these items, the whole order is held until it is complete.


To allow for this instance we state your order should be delivered within 10 business days after the order has been placed.


Orders are sent via Yodel 48hr Tracked Parcel Service or Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Delivery Service.


Your order will be delivered by a tracked delivery service.


  • The cost of standard delivery is £4.95.
  • Delivery is free for orders exceeding £75.
  • A signature is not required.


You will receive an email confirmation of dispatch when your parcel departs from our warehouse. This email will contain tracking details, allowing you to track and manage your delivery via Royal Mail or Yodel. Please visit their websites to monitor and manage your delivery.




What should I do if an item is out of stock?

Please visit 'Out of Stock' page for information on how to prompt us to prioritise the replenishment of stock.
