Can I exchange my item?

We apologise, but we are currently unable to offer an exchange service. Please return your original item using the return process detailed below and place a new order for the desired item.


Returns are free, easy and items accepted up to 30 days following receipt.

You can drop your return off at your local Post Office or request Royal Mail to collect from you. There is no need to own a printer as you can save a QR code to display on phone at the Post Office. 


Whenever possible, please use the original bag your order came in. There is a 2nd adhesive strip on the bag especially for this purpose.


To action a return please:


  • Please repack the items you are returning, ideally reusing the original packaging if possible 
  • Log in to your account on our website at https://account.earthuniform.com
  • Select the relevant order
  • Choose the item(s) you wish to return


and submit a returns request.

Return requests are reviewed and approved by staff during office hours. We undertake this manual review as we can very often resolve issues and negate the need to return an item. 


We will automatically email you posting instructions when your return request is approved. 


On receipt and acceptance of your return, we will refund you for the returned items via your original payment method. See Refunds for more information.
