During our office hours, we are happy to assist you with any amendments to your order. Whether you need to add, remove, or change items, we can make these adjustments on the day your order was placed and the following business day. After this period, we are unable to make further changes.
For instance, if you place your order on a Monday, we can edit it on both Monday and Tuesday. Similarly, if you place your order on a Friday, we can make changes on Friday and the following Monday.
To request changes to your order, please use the 'Need Help?' button located at the bottom right-hand side of our website and leave us a message.
If any modifications to your order result in an increased overall cost, we will promptly send you an invoice via email, which will include a convenient link for payment.
