During office hours, you are able to amend (add, remove, change) items in your order - or your whole order - on the day your order was placed and also on the following business day after your order was placed. After this time, changes cannot be made.
Changes to your order can be sent via the 'Need Help?' button which can be found on the bottom right-hand side of our website.
Should any modifications to your order result in an increased overall cost, we will send you an invoice via email, which will include a link for payment. Alternatively, you may contact us by phone to make changes and complete the payment process.
Please call 03332 229229 between 9.30am to 4pm (Monday - Friday).
Please note: office hours are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or bank holidays.
