Can I add to / cancel / amend my order once placed?

During office hours, you are able to amend (add, remove, change) items in your order - or your whole order - on the day your order was placed and also on the following business day after your order was placed. After this time, changes cannot be made. 


Changes to your order that increase the overall cost will need to be requested over the phone so we can accept card payment details. Please call 03332 229229 between 9.30am to 4pm (Monday - Friday).


Changes that reduce the overall cost of your order or changes that do not affect the cost of your order can be sent via the 'Need Help?' button which can be found on the bottom right-hand side of our website.


Please note: office hours are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or bank holidays.
